Guarantee


SURVEILTEQ products come with a one-year guarantee.


Guarantee becomes void if:


Product is not operated in conformance with installation, mechanical, or electrical requirements.
Product is misused, abused, vandalised, improperly installed or altered.
Product is accidentally damaged in storage, transportation or handling.
Product's original markings or identification have been removed, defaced or altered.


Order Placement and Acceptance


All orders are subject to acceptance by SURVEILTEQ. Only written confirmation constitutes a valid order. SURVEILTEQ reserve the right to reject any order. Authorised sales representatives of SURVEILTEQ can inform customers of the laws governing equipment usage and Data Protection. Orders for nonstandard equipment are non-cancellable.


Liability Limits and Indemnification


SURVEILTEQ, its officers, owners, employees, and/or agents, will be indemnified and held harmless by the customer for any consequences that may occur, or be alleged to have occurred, by any person or organisation, in relation to the sale, possession, use, manufacture, distribution, or applied use of any item referenced. The customer, through acceptance of delivery of a bona fide order, agrees to bear all fees, charges, expenses, damages, and any and all other costs incurred in the defense of SURVEILTEQ with regard to any actions against SURVEILTEQ as described herein.
